The Editorial Board reserves the right to return articles that do not comply with the Instructions to authors.

The Editorial Board does not charge for Article Processing Charges (APC) and publication of articles.

Along with submitting the article, the author must also submit the completed and signed Copyright Agreement, where they undertake that the article is their copyrighted work, that they have all rights related to the content of the article, as well as for publishing any graphic or other material, that the article is not subject of a peer review process in another journal and that the article has not yet been published and will not be published elsewhere. The Editorial Board reviews articles against plagiarism.

The article submitted can be written in Slovene, Italian, Croatian or English language. If you would like to publish the article in another language, please consult the Editorial Board. The author should ensure that their contribution meets acceptable standards of the language. If needed, the Editorial Board has the right to additionally edit the language ofthe article. The articles should not be longer than 48,000 characters (without spaces).

Review Process

After the first editorial review, the articles will be submitted to a double-blind peer review process. After the review, the authors will receive the review form (basing on at least two reviews) and the editorial opinion regarding publication. The average time from article submission to its publication is 40 weeks.

Copyright and Open Access Policy

The author transfers all material copyrights regarding a given article to the journal. All moral rights remain with the author of the published article.
The journal provides immediate open access (gold open access) to the scientific content under the license Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to articles published on the Website and use them for any lawful (non-commercial) purpose without prior permission of the publisher or author.
